Cancellation Policy

A written cancellation notice must be sent to the Congress Secretariat.
The following cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding.

  • Until July 31, 2011: 40% of the amount of payment plus bank handling charge
  • From July 31, 2011: 100% of the amount of payment (No refund)

Confirmation

Upon receiving the registration form and confirming the payment, Congress Secretariat will send you the confirmation letter by E-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring the confirmation and present it at the Congress Registration Desk.
